Make Music, Hong Kong! music festival was created in 2018 by Alliance Française de Hong Kong and the Consulate General of France in Hong Kong and Macau. It is co-funded by the European Union Office to Hong Kong and Macau, with the participation of European countries’ consulates or institutions. It is a special event within French May Arts Festival.

This year, Switzerland will be represented by Swiss trumpeter Yannick Barman.

From the classical repertoire to the most unbridled electro, from jazz to the creation of extraordinary sonic universes, from large orchestral formations to refined solo work, trumpeter Yannick Barman is one of those musicians who seem to be able to play anything and take up any challenge.
