In celebration of this year's World Italian Language Week and as a prelude to the 2024 Maritime Silk Road Culture and Tourism Week, the Consulate General of Switzerland in Guangzhou, with the support of the Consulate General of Italy in Guangzhou and the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in China, organizes a photo exhibition entitled “Containers, Modules, Perceptual Landscapes” by renowned Swiss photographer Marco D'Anna at the Five Immortals Temple in Yuexiu District.

Marco D'Anna's photography takes the symbol of modern logistics, the container, as the medium, using colorful modules, allowing the audience to freely imagine in space, and deeply think about the impact of globalization, the relationship between humans and nature, and the economy and society.

Through his lens, containers have become colorful modules, witnessing global economic and trade activities, with rich colors and multi-dimensional module displays, leading viewers through time and space, stimulating people's deep thinking about the relationship between globalization, humans and nature, economy and society.

This photo exhibition not only showcases the photographic art of Mr. D'Anna, but is also a reflection of the profound exchanges between China and Switzerland in the fields of culture, art as well as business.

We invite you to visit the Five Immortals Temple to experience the fruitful results of Sino-Swiss cultural exchanges.
