Swisscham is an important partner for the Embassy of Switzerland in Hungary. Swisscham has been in Hungary for 20 years. It serves as a platform for Swiss and Hungarian companies and offers them the opportunity to contact and network with members of the government and important personalities from business and economy.

Moreover, the chamber Swiss Business Day organizes expert forums every second year.  The last one was about the new cargo control system EKÁER. The goal of this forum was that its members, namely the companies, will make suggestions to the Ministry of Economy and therefore make their voices heard by the decision makers.

Swisscham’s general assembly will be held on May 5, 2015. On this occasion the Swiss State Secretary Marie-Gabrielle Ineichen-Fleisch, Director of the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) and Director of Foreign Economic Affairs, together with a business delegation is awaited in Budapest.
