Since the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011, Fukushima Prefecture and Switzerland have deepened their friendship.
Featuring 200 Swiss and Japanese musicians, the 4th Joint concert to support the reconstruction of Fukushima will be part of a series of large music exchange
concerts. This time, around 50 musicians from Switzerland, including the choir group «YOROKOBI» and Hitomi Kutsuzawa, a Zurich-based Japanese music teacher at
the Musikschule Konservatorium Zürich (MKZ), will visit Fukushima and play along with students and other Japanese musicians.
