On Thursday 24th of March, Hamam Jazz Bar in Pristina was packed with a large public curious to hear Carrousel, a band from the Swiss Jura. It didn’t even take one song to make local and international audience as well as Swiss embassy staff dance to the light-footed French lyrics, accompanied by guitar, accordion and percussions. The band truly lived up to their most recent Album’s name - «L’Euphorie» – and left a delighted crowd.
The following Saturday, 26th of March «Les Grandes Ondes (à l'ouest)» attracted the interest of movie lovers in Prizren and Mitrovica. The comedy of Swiss-Romand filmmaker Lionel Baier was screened in original languages (French/Portuguese) with French, Albanian and Serbian subtitles.
Spectators at International Business College in Mitrovica especially enjoyed the offer since Mitrovica has no cinema and especially opportunities to watch more alternative movies are rare.
