Projects in Poland

The Polish Ministry of Infrastructure and Development together with the Swiss Contribution Office perform a supervisory and monitoring role.

The Programme’s aim is to improve and promote basic infrastructure and the environment, health care, private sector development, research, town twinnings and non-governmental organisation activities. Regions of Lubelskie, Malopolskie, Podkarpackie and Swietokrzyskie, marked in colour, have been given priority based on their economic situation.

All of the 489 million Swiss francs allocated for Poland were contracted in June 2012. The programme is in its implementation phase - 56 projects, including various smaller programmes are ongoing and will be completed by 2017. All application processes are now closed.
