The National Competition of Good practices in the field of CGC was conducted as part of the joint activities of the Euroguidance network with the objective of exchanging good practices in this area at European level. It is organized as part of joint activities with Euroguidance centres in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary that also organize national competitions in their countries.

The winners of this year's competition were announced at the conference "Career guidance and counselling in the Republic of Serbia and Europe", which the Tempus Foundation held online on 22-23 of October 2020. This year, 19 different practices were considered as part of the competition.

The objective of the national competition is to promote institutions, organizations and individuals who have developed new services, tools or materials and successfully implemented career guidance and counselling activities and thus contributed to the development of the CGC system as a whole.

The project "Education to Employment" received this recognition for its comprehensive offer in the field of career guidance and counselling. A large number of tools are available to young people, developed with the support of Swiss experts from the center “Ask!” in Aarau. Services are provided by trained career practitioners with a combination of direct and online work.

"Education to Employment" career centres are located within six local partner organizations in Kragujevac (Business Development Center and Business Innovation Programs), Novi Pazar (Association of Psychologists), Kruševac (Education center), Pirot (Citizen Association Osveženje) and Knjaževac (Timok club). All career centres that provide CGC services have undergone a set of trainings led by experts from Switzerland, in the field of counselling, information and career education.

The project “Education to Employment“ (E2E) supports local organisations who facilitate trainings and job placement of unemployed young people, as well as cooperation between VET schools and local companies for the purpose of organizing work-based learning programs.
