Swiss based chemical maker vanBaerle AG invests TWD 100 million in a new silicate production plant in Taichung Port. The CEO of vanBaerle, Daniel Schenk, with Taiwanese officials and industry insiders attended the groundbreaking ceremony which took place on March 30. Deputy Director of the Trade Office of Swiss Industries, Bernhard Bienz, was also present at the ceremony.
