The call for applications for the ThinkSwiss Research Scholarships: Asia Pacific 2024 is now open!

A unique chance for students enrolled in Singapore universities to spend up to three months in Switzerland and redefine your research thinking at a Swiss university. The scholarship supports your project with a prorated monthly scholarship of CHF 1’800 (about 2’500 SDG/BND) for up to three months.  We are excited to receive your application until  31 January 2025.

About the Scholarships

ThinkSwiss Research Scholarships open doors for students from Singapore, Brunei Darussalam, Australia and India to the world of Swiss academia, which combines high quality curriculum with innovative thinking. The scholarship is open to students who have completed 2nd year of university studies, currently enrolled in a Singapore university. Students are responsible for finding a host professor or mentor at a Swiss institution as well as clarifying the scope of a research project before submitting their research scholarship application.

ThinkSwiss Asia-Pacific is a scholarship program managed by the Embassy of Switzerland in Singapore, the Embassy of Switzerland in Australia and swissnex India. This program is funded by the swissnex network, part of the Swiss State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI).
