Pro-poor Policy Monitoring and Analysis in Vietnam
Poverty reduction in Vietnam is “well begun, not yet done”. Poverty among the majority Kinh population has been dramatically reduced. The remaining pockets of poverty, particularly among ethnic minorities, are more difficult to address. The Pro-poor Policy Monitoring and Analysis responds to the government’s call for better analysis and policy recommendations for pro-poor and socially inclusive policies, and it helps SDC to strengthen its poverty-reduction focus and policy dialogue on ethnic minorities. OXFAM is the implementing partner for this one-time support for a two-year period.
