Climate and topographical conditions of Dolina Strugu (Strugu Valley) micro-region are ideal for agricultural and ecological production needs. Increasing market demand for healthy food creates good perspectives for the future of ecological production. Cooperation with "Chmielnik Zdrój" S.A. - the company that was created by "Dolina Strugu" Association enables wide market access for regional products. Quietness and peace of the region without industries compared with close vicinity of urban agglomerations and communication routes constitute big potential and ensure exceptionally good conditions for tourism development.

The project aims at a constant and sustainable development in living conditions of inhabitants of the Strugu Valley micro-region. The objectives are to promote and develop agriculture, ecological production and agrotourism, to increase the potential of young inhabitants through the improvement of educational offer, to stimulate the job market through the creation of new work places as well as to create and develop the social and business network in the area of the programme.
