Le but de la phase 3 du PVB vise à favoriser une participation formalisée et durable des acteurs locaux du massif de La Selle dans la gestion des aires protégées en vue de satisfaire les besoins de base des populations locales ainsi que les services environnementaux qu’elles fournissent à une grande partie de la société haïtienne (2-3 millions de personnes).
