Fédération Vaudoise de Coopération FEDEVACO contribution de programme Sud 2015 - 2016

Organisation faîtière d’une quarantaine d’ONG, la FEDEVACO est le partenaire privilégié des collectivités publiques vaudoises pour le soutien à des projets de développement au Sud et à l’Est. Garante de qualité et d’une bonne gestion financière, elle est, pour ses membres, un lieu central d’échanges, de formation, de capitalisation et de cofinancements de projets. Par son travail d’information, elle sensibilise les élus et la population vaudoise aux enjeux globaux.

CICR - Comité Internacional de la Cruz Roja – Core Contribution

Proteger la vida y la dignidad de las víctimas de los conflictos armados, prestarles asistencia y prevenir el sufrimiento mediante la promoción del derecho y los principios humanitarios internacionales: tal es la misión del Comité Internacional de la Cruz Roja. El CICR es la principal contraparte de la Confederación en el ámbito de la ayuda humanitaria internacional. Recibe casi un tercio de los recursos financieros de la COSUDE destinados a la ayuda humanitaria.

Le programme de la Fondation Tdh vise à réduire de manière durable la mortalité et la morbidité enfantine, à permettre l’accès à la santé, à l’eau et à l’assainissement pour les mères et enfants les plus pauvres, à protéger les enfants victimes de conflits et de catastrophes, à développer des systèmes de protection de l’enfant et à promouvoir les bonnes pratiques en matière de justice pour mineurs. Il contribue à la promotion du développement durable et à la réduction de la pauvreté dans le domaine de l’enfance, dans des contextes fragiles.

CERAH’s mission aims at enhancing the capacity of individual and institutional humanitarian actors to devise and bring relevant, adapted and timely responses to the plight of populations affected by armed conflict, disasters or social exclusion. To that end, it aims at strengthening the competencies of humanitarian professionals through internationally recognized education and training, at improving humanitarian responses through critical research of humanitarian concepts, policies and practices and to stimulate debate on selected humanitarian issues to further critical and innovative thinking. This project aims at furthering systematization and professionalization of humanitarian activities and actors, with the stated goal to make the humanitarian sector more coherent and accountable.

WFP - Food Aid Swiss Dairy Products (Democratic People's Republic of Korea)

Through the usage of food aid in the form of Swiss dairy products, Swiss Humanitarian Aid contributes to the prevention and treatment of malnutrition, undernourishment, and disease. The SDC’s Humanitarian Aid administers the credit granted by parliament for a yearly amount of some CHF 20 million destined for the purchase of Swiss dairy products and their use for the benefit of the needy. Its task is to ensure a sustainable, targeted, and closely monitored food aid.

La Fédération Genevoise de Coopération (FGC) est une association faîtière créée en 1966 et regroupe 63 ONG actives dans la coopération au développement ou la sensibilisation. La FGC est au service de ses membres pour lesquels elle cherche des financements publics pour soutenir leurs projets. La FGC est aujourd’hui un réseau fort qui joue un rôle actif de plaidoyer pour un développement durable à l’échelle globale et un acteur incontournable sur la scène de la solidarité internationale genevoise.

Contribution to the Disaster Law Programme (ex-IDRL) of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC)

Switzerland, through SDC’s financial contribution to the IFRC Disaster Law Programme, effectively contributes to prevent and mitigate the impact of natural disasters by reinforcing States regulation in disaster risk management, thus reducing the numbers of victims affected within such emergencies.
