New approach in Bosnia and Herzegovina for democratisation
01.07.2014
- 31.03.2021
Bosnia and Herzegovina’s water and sanitation infrastructure is outdated and a large segment of the population has no access to a water supply. The starting point for the SDC’s project is good governance – the authorities must be transparent about building and renovation decisions, and ensure an inclusive political process for the citizens their decisions affect.

Water Resource Platforms
01.07.2014
- 30.06.2016
Water scarcity is an increasing concern for many governments in developing countries. They face challenges in managing water resources to safely deliver the water needed to fuel growth, as well as for humans and the environment. This project proposes to consolidate its work with three global Water Resources Platforms, namely the Water Resources Group (2030 WRG), the World Economic Forum (WEF) Water Initiative, and the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI), to incorporate perspectives from the private sector and economic growth into the water dialogue. In addition, the private sector is concerned to use water more efficiently and to bring in its know-how into the water sector.
