Support for Fire Safety Measures in Local Government General Education Institutions

The project aims at increasing the fire safety of children in general education institutions in peripheral and disadvantaged regions of Latvia. It shall improve safety of children in case of fire in 138 general education institutions and widen knowledge about fire safety by utilising and building on Swiss experience.

Slovak Paradise Tourism Cluster

The project aims at the mobilisation of the high tourism potential of the Slovenský raj (“Slovak Paradise”) and surrounding areas and sustainable development of the region, through the establishment of a regional tourism organisation and a Tourist information centre in the UNESCO World Heritage Site Dobšinská Ľadová jaskyňa (Dobšinská Ice Cave). In addition, the local public and private actors (including the Roma community) will be trained in effective tourism destination marketing.

SME Development Project Contributes to professional SME in Mongolia

Disaster Victim Identification Team - training and technical equipment

The project will create, equip and train a Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) Team in the Czech Republic for the identification of victims of large scale disasters in the Czech Republic and abroad. The project will finance training of the personnel, international cooperation and the logistical equipment of the newly established Czech DVI Team.

The aim of the project TOKAJ IS THE ONLY ONE is to improve the quality of life of the citizens living in the Tokaj region in Eastern Slovakia by widening the offer to tourists through the construction of infrastructures (information center, view tower), the revival of traditional products and a new range of services. The quality of existing touristic services will be increased also through training. Under the TOKAJ brand the whole region shall be easily identified and made visible.

The purpose of the project is the development of the peripheral Snina region through mobilisation of cultural-cognitive tourism and the revival of the cultural and historical heritage of the municipality of Zemplinske Hamre. Possibilities for all-year tourism shall be created and tourism services shall be improved with the aim to prolong the stay of guests in the municipality.

L’entrepreneuriat demeure le facteur clé pour le développement économique de par son impact sur la création d’emplois, de revenus et de richesses. Au Bénin l’entrepreneuriat est très peu développé, ce qui contribue à faire de ce pays l’un des plus pauvres de la planète. Le programme vise à promouvoir l’entrepreneuriat des petites et moyennes entreprises par l’appui-conseil, la formation et le soutien à l’innovation, tout en respectant certains standards sociaux, environnementaux et territoriaux.
