L'obiettivo del progetto YEP (Youth Employment Project) è quello di garantire una migliore integrazione dei giovani, in particolare di quelli appartenenti a gruppi di popolazione svantaggiati, nel mercato del lavoro. Il progetto viene condotto in stretta collaborazione con gli uffici pubblici per l'impiego al fine di incrementarne l'efficienza e soprattutto la capacità di inserire i giovani nel mondo del lavoro. Il progetto YEP mira inoltre a influire positivamente sulla politica della Bosnia e Erzegovina in materia di occupazione giovanile.

Although BiH invests significant resources in its health system, the population’s health is continuously deteriorating. As international evidence shows, nurses can tangibly improve the population’s health status at limited costs. In order to unleash the potential of BiH’s nursing workforce, the project will work in three different areas: improving the regulatory framework for nursing, reforming the formal education of nurses, and engaging nurses in the performance of health promotion and disease prevention activities.
