Forests and Communities Climate Fund - Technical Assistance Facility

The Swiss based Forests and Communities Climate Fund (the Fund) aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions through restoring and preserving forests, and enhancing livelihoods. It will work with rural communities across tropical landscapes in the value chains of multinational companies such as cocoa and palm oil.


Swiss Platform for Sustainable Cocoa, Phase II

Phase II of SECO’s support to SWISSCO focuses on leveraging the resources of all supply chain partners with the aim of effectively implementing SWISSCO’s Roadmap 2030, addressing key SDG themes such as farmers’ income, child labour, deforestation-free and climate-friendly production, transparency and traceability, innovation, and gender equality.

Ghana Private Sector Competitiveness Program II

ETH/NRGI Advanced Course on Natural Resource Governance

The ETHZ/NRGI course on Natural Resource Governance is a multi-stakeholder advanced level program to encourage policy-oriented engagement with extractive resource management issues. The course equips practitioners in the extractive resource sector with the necessary knowledge to strengthen sector governance.


Ghana Solar-Photovoltaic based Net-Metering

The project aims at scaling-up the integration of solar photovoltaic installations on public and private buildings into the distribution grids of Ghana. It demonstrates how battery storage can enhance renewable energy integration and provides technical assistance and capacity building enabling stakeholders to develop renewable energy strategies.

The Outcomes Accelerator Platform is a global initiative with the aim to foster Results-Based Financing (RBF) approaches in development finance. RBF approaches hold great promise for improving the effectiveness of donor and Government spending, but there is a currently a lack of coordinated funding and scale for these instruments.
