The agreement between the Swiss and Spanish authorities on representation in the issuance of Schengen visas for Switzerland for Bolivian nationals has been suspended until further notice. Without exception, all applications for Schengen visas for Switzerland must be submitted in person to the Andean Regional Consular Centre in Lima - Peru (lima@eda.admin.ch). Under Directive 3 COVID 19, only those applications for Schengen visas that fall within the exceptions set out in this Directive will be accepted for processing. Any application that does not constitute an exceptional or serious case will be rejected. For further information, please visit the website of the State Secretariat for Migration (SEM), www.sem.admin.ch.
Due to the current situation, mail delays and difficulties in contacting the competent authorities, the Swiss Compensation Fund in Geneva (SAK/CSC/CSC) accepts the sending of temporary life certificates by e-mail to the following address: sedmaster@zas.admin.ch. These can be confirmed by the participants by means of their signature (no official stamp).
