The policy is part of the government’s initiative to accelerate financial inclusion. Switzerland has supported the formulation of the DFS policy through the Digital Financial Services project in partnership with CGAP and IFC. Digital financial services have a substantial positive impact on driving financial access for the poor, unleashing innovation and making the economy more resilient. We congratulate the government of Ghana to this important milestone and look forward to continue our partnership to transform the financial landscape in Ghana.
