The magazine for the Swiss Abroad appears six times a year and provides information about what is happening at home and the activities of Swiss associations abroad. It also answers administrative questions.

The event brought together representatives of the academic and research community, the Romanian Ministry of Education and Research, and the Ministry of Finance, to mark the beginning of multilateral collaborations and a shared commitment to advancing knowledge and strengthening international cooperation.

The Multilateral Academic Projects - MAPS competition was organized by the SNSF (Swiss National Science Foundation), as Program Component Operator of this specific initiative, and in Romania by UEFISCDI - as partner. 29 projects have been selected for funding, of which 20 projects have Romanian partners. In order to present these selected projects to the larger public, UEFISCDI launched the online Campaign "Research in the spotlight".

MAPS is part of the Swiss-Romanian Research & International Cooperation Programme, financed under the second Swiss Contribution to Romania. The Programme is under the responsibility of the National Authority for Research (under the Romanian Ministry of Education & Research).
