The publication of the edition was recognized in a venerable way at the Residence of the Ambassador of Switzerland. The patron of the celebration, Ambassador Jean-François Paroz declared the Swiss Focus in Diplomacy & Trade as a significant element in regard to the framework program “Swiss-Hungarian Friendship - Culture and Tradition in the Heart of Europe”. In this context, the Ambassador underlined the good, friendly relations between the two people and their historic and cultural connection. On the occasion of the 20-years anniversary of the Swisscham as well as the common celebration of the 25-years jubilee of the Swiss Club in Hungary and the 10-years jubilee of the Swiss Business Club, the Swiss Embassy will organize a multifaceted program of many events in collaboration with numerous partners.

After a speech of the guest lecturer, Ambassador Csaba Kőrösi, former Permanent Representative of Hungary to the United Nations in his new function as director of the Office of the President of the Republic of Hungary, about the topic “Humanity at Crossroad – a View from the Sándor Palace”, Ambassador Paroz invited his guests to have a buffet-dinner and Swiss wine.
