Since 2024, Switzerland has been represented by the Embassy at Impact CEE, the largest innovation conference in central and eastern Europe. Switzerland's sustainable partnerships and innovative strength are the core of our presence. Speakers from Switzerland take part in the main programme of the conference and present the diversity of Swiss innovation in various thematic areas to around 6,000 participants. Simultaneously, the Embassy, in collaboration with Presence Switzerland, is further present in the conference’s exhibition area with a Swiss Pavilion, in which projects funded by the Swiss Contribution Office – the Swiss-Polish Cooperation Programme – and attractive innovation from Switzerland are presented.

  • In 2024, Switzerland was represented under the motto “swisstech”. Among the speakers from Switzerland was the Nobel Prize winner Didier Queloz.
  • In our second year of participation, Switzerland became Impact's first country partner. In a centrally located Swiss House, the Dom Szwajcarski, we offered the international conference guests Swiss hospitality, as well as the opportunity for more intimate panel discussions with our eleven speakers from Switzerland, including guests such as André Hoffmann, Prof. Joël Mesot and Simone Wyss-Fedele. The visit of Federal Councillor Guy Parmelin, who signed the Memorandum of Understanding with Poland in the field of education, research and innovation during Impact'25, rounded off Switzerland’s presence in Poznan.
  • The Embassy plans Switzerland's participation at the ImpactCEE conference again in 2026.
