The content of the proposals should relate to the SCO key four domains as:
Water Infrastructure and climate change
Health
Employment and economic development
Governance, institutions and decentralisation.
Furthermore, projects that are covering the issues of:
Providing equal opportunities for men and women
The process of decision making, transparency
Avoidances of the impact of natural hazards on people lives, properties and infrastructure
An approach of prevention of tensions and conflict are eligible for SCO Small Project Credit.
This Credit is defined as one-time support projects with a financial grant of up to maximum CHF 50'000 (budget currency TJS) and with a maximum duration of 12 months.
Any legal entity or individual – professionals in their field of work throughout the country are eligible for funding, provided that the given project proposal deals with topics relevant to one and/or several domains of the Swiss Cooperation Programme.
All proposals have to contain clear goals and target groups and show the ability of the organisation to carry out the project aims. Proposals can be submitted in Tajik, Russian or English languages. In case if the projects are submitted in Tajik or Russian languages, a summary of a project in English should be attached. Precise information about full proposal package is available on the site of Swiss Cooperation Office in Tajikistan.
The deadline for application is March 10, 2018 by 17:00.
