Quality life of seniors in the Wallachia region

The project aims at an enhanced availability and quality of outreach and outpatient services in the remote border region of the Czech Republic to Slovakia. For this purpose, the mobility of social workers will be improved through the provision of sufficient all-terrain vehicles, social workers will be trained in modern methods of individualized work with residents, and appropriate equipment for the provision of high quality social services will be procured.

Enhanced protection of the democratic society against terrorism and extremism

Extremism, radical violence and terrorism have become a fast developing international phenomenon affecting also the Czech Republic. The goal of the project is the effective fight against terrorism and extremism in the Czech Republic by enhancing the capacities of the counter terrorism unit of the Czech Republic.

El proyecto aplica el indicador de huella hídrica (HH) como herramienta para monitorear, mejorar la eficiencia en el uso del agua y reducir los impactos del sector empresarial. Adicionalmente, se implementan acciones de responsabilidad social y ambiental corporativa, relacionadas con la gestión del agua en áreas de influencia y/o cadenas de valor de las compañías socias. Adicionalmente, se desarrolla la aplicación geográfica y multisectorial de la HH en la cuenca del Río Porce.

Le Dispositif national de prévention et gestion des crises alimentaires est un mécanisme de coordination et de mise en œuvre relevant directement du cabinet du premier ministre du Niger. Cet organe finance des mesures de prévention, d’actions humanitaires et de réhabilitation qui préservent les acquis de développement dans le pays. Travaillant sur les facteurs conjoncturels et structurels, la DDC soutient cette initiative cruciale pour l’amélioration de la sécurité alimentaire au Niger.
