WOLA Central America Monitor Single Phase
The WOLA Central America Monitor systematically assesses the progress (and regress) made to strengthen the rule of law, to reduce violence, and to combat corruption in the countries of the northern triangle (Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador). For this purpose it uses a set of quantitative and qualitative indicators which are publicly accessible. Data-based progress monitoring will provide the international community with a valuable basis for donor coordination and for the policy dialogue with the governments of Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador.

Results |
Expected results: The Central America Monitor delivers a yearly progress/regress reporting on a detailed set of 148 indicators on the following areas for each country of the Northern Triangle: Results from previous phases: The Human Security Division (HSD) has contributed to the Central America Monitor in 2016. This has allowed the development of a set of 148 indicators, the creation of educational materials and of an interactive website (www.wola.org/CAM). |
