Evaluation and Controlling is responsible for promoting evaluation work within the SDC. It assists senior management in the strategic management of various issues including the attainment of results, efficiency, staff and finances. Evaluation and Controlling provides reports on effectiveness and results which help demonstrate the impact of activities and ensure greater transparency in communicating performance across the organisation. It also produces evaluations, management and impact assessments that promote institutional learning and organisational development and allow adjustments to be made in line with changing circumstances.
