The Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs is welcoming you wholeheartedly to the Consulate General of Switzerland in Chengdu and its webpage.

The Consulate General was launched in November 2016 as the latest of now five Swiss representations in China. It indicates the importance Switzerland puts forward to the dynamic Sino-Swiss relations in China and the Southwest - covering the provinces of Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan and Chongqing Municipality.

The main goal is to provide to the Sino-Swiss business community a platform to connect and possibly discover new paths to enhance and grow business opportunities. We do so by keeping our doors open for new ideas in the fields of economy and trade. Furthermore, we wish to interact with you through culture and art as well as bringing you closer to Switzerland’s beautiful tourist attractions.
