The origins of the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC2022)
Russia’s attack on Ukraine in February 2022 marked a turning point in Europe’s recent history. In the wake of this development, the URC2022 Ukraine Reform Conference became the URC2022 Ukraine Recovery Conference and took place in Lugano on 4 and 5 July. The first conference aimed at building international support for reforms in Ukraine was already held in 2017.
